You'll need the following:

  • Mobile Phone Mobile Phone

    You'll use your mobile phone's text and camera features to verify your identity. Message and data rates may apply.

         You'll be asked to use your phone as part of the identification process.
  • Government-Issued ID Proper Business Identification

    You'll be the authorized signer for your business, so we'll have to verify your identity. We'll need your ID number, issue date, expiration date and state where the ID was issued, if applicable.

         Driver's license, U.S. passport or other state-issued ID's are accepted. 
  • Money for Your Accounts

    Business Funding

    A $5 deposit establishes your business membership with Veridian. You can use a debit or credit card for amounts under $500.

         Fund up to $500 via debit or credit card or use your current account and routing numbers. 
  • Unfrozen Credit Unfrozen Credit

    As the authorized signer, we'll pull your credit report from TransUnion as part of this application. Please note this is a soft pull and will not affect your credit.

         Make sure to lift any credit freezes with TransUnion at transunion.com/credit-freeze
  • Business Documents Business Documents
    • Sole Proprietorship: certificate of trade name and EIN letter, if applicable
    • Limited Liability Company: certification of organization, operating agreement, EIN letter
    • Corporation (C, S, Professional): articles of incorporation, corporate bylaws, board minutes, EIN letter
    • Partnership (General or Limited): partnership agreement, EIN letter 
    • Organization or Association: filed business organizing document if large enough, EIN letter


    Please note that each partner in a partnership must be authorized signers on the Veridian membership. Certificates of trade name are not required for businesses in Nebraska.
